We need your support! Please come to our production at La Rosa Hotel, Whitby on 22nd March, the first of our tour. The play, which I have written, is lavishly jewelled with Tudor lute songs, and tells of the eventful years of The Earl of Essex’s life at court, his years as a soldier, his sometimes stormy relationship with Queen Elizabeth 1st, and the tragedy of his early death.
A play with music by Dowland and his contemporaries, performed by Jenny Hill (voice) & Simon Nisbett (lute).
